Parallel Works entered 2025 celebrating ten years of advancing how organizations access and manage advanced computing. Since spinning out of Argonne National Laboratory in 2015, we have focused on turning supercomputing workflow expertise into practical, production-ready technology.
At the core of our innovation is Parallel Works ACTIVATE, a unified control plane for distributed, hybrid computing resources. ACTIVATE empowers teams that depend on compute-intensive applications and AI models by providing a seamless way to provision, manage, and share computing resources across on-premises and cloud environments. Built to scale, ACTIVATE enables organizations to efficiently handle the demands of simulation, analytics, and AI-driven workloads.
After a decade of developing a unified compute control plane, 2025 brought major highlights in product development and achievements.

Thank you for a memorable 2025
One thing that stands out in 2025 is community: the teams, partners, and users who make our work meaningful, every single day. This year, we’re especially thankful for the trust you place in us to power your most demanding compute workloads.
At its core, orchestration is about harmony. Bringing together different parts of infrastructure (compute, storage, and workflows) into a single, well-coordinated system. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help orchestrate not just workloads, but innovation.
Cheers to continued collaboration and smarter scaling.
